2. Non-Refundable Items

• Free plan subscriptions (no payment made)
• Refunds requested due to violation of our Terms of Service
• Refunds for partial billing periods after the initial 14-day period

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

• Your subscription will be canceled immediately upon refund approval
• You will lose access to paid features at the end of the current billing period or immediately, depending on the refund reason

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time without requesting a refund. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless you are within the 14-day money-back guarantee period.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
