WikiBeam is a documentation publishing platform that allows users to sync their ClickUp Docs and publish them as public documentation sites. The Service includes features such as document syncing, custom domains, branding options, and SEO optimization.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
WikiBeam offers various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. The WikiBeam name, logo, and all related names, logos, and designs are our trademarks.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WikiBeam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
